The Legacy at Griesbach

The Legacy at Griesbach is a two-phase development, with the first phase of construction currently underway. When complete, the entire project will consist of 472 apartment units, 222 in phase one and 250 in phase two.

The first building of phase one is expected to open in late 2023. The property will feature a mix of one, two and three bedroom units, along with heated underground parking across four, six-storey buildings and a centralized resident clubhouse.
